David Brooks nails it

March 22, 2011

This is a great TED talk, with significant implications for schools.

I find Brook’s talk of critical immesurables of human capital for the future very interesting. How can I be better at teaching and noticing mindsight, equipoise, metis, sympathy, blending, and limerence? And why can’t David Brooks describe things without coining new words for every insight?
